Bella Estates is located in Fredonia New York off of Water Street. There are two ways of getting to Bella Estates: If you go to the center of Fredonia and come up Water Street you will see it on the right hand side about a mile up. You will see the blue Bella Estates sign and the street “Ryans Place”. The second way is to come off Seymour Street onto Castile Drive and continue until you reach the Stop Sign around the bend. At this point you are in Bella Estates which you can go either left or right. You will notice townhouses and residential housing.
